Power BI Report in Dynamics 365 Business Central Business Manager does not load, throws error

In Dynamics 365 Business Central Business Manager, Power BI report fails to load.

The error thrown is : 

Error message in Dynamics 3Screenshot 2025-02-04 123342.png65 BC: We failed to authenticate with Power BI. Try to sign out and in again. This problem typically happens if you no longer have a licence for Power BI or if you just changed your email or password.

 

 

 

 

 

Power BI Desktop and Power BI Online loads the same report without error.

Hi  all,

Based on the above information, It's a reproducible issue. Due to the new reply policy, I would suggest opening a Support Ticket.

If you are a Power BI Pro or Fabric licensee, you can create a support ticket for free and a dedicated Microsoft engineer will come to solve the problem for you. 
It would be great if you continue to share in this issue to help others with similar problems after you know the root cause or solution.

Hi, Do we have a solution for this? I am accessing Power BI Reports in Power BI and it works fine. However, when accessign thosse same reports that I integrated in Dynamics, it says "We failed to authenticate with Power BI. Try to sign out and in again. This Problem typically happens if you no longer have a licence for Power BI or if you just changed your email or password". I have a pro licence. How do I sort this issue?

We checked today and the Power BI integration in D365 BC seems to be working.
