Hi Team,
I am having an issue with one of our dashboards on Power BI Service.
We have 4 matrix visuals pinned to our dashboard which use measures via formulas to show custom titles, and conditional formatting on the values within the tile on the dashboard. This was working on Friday the 5th of July 2024, however, when I came into work on Monday the titles and conditional formatting had disappeared from all 4 Matrix visuals.
These matrices come from 3 different Power BI Service reports. All matrices use data groups and a single measure to show the values in the visual. I also have line charts on the dashboard which also use custom titles via measures entered into the formula option for the title. The line charts all show the custom title on the dashboard.
I have tried to research on the Fabric Community website to see if anyone else had recently has posted a similar issue with no luck.
I also have tried the following tests as suggested in older posts that I found:
It seems that it is an issue with the matrix when using formula/measures to display the titles and conditional formatting.
I have also noticed that when adding a title to an image and trying to deploy it to the service, does not allow me to pin the image to the dashboard. I was going to use this as a workaround in order to be able to see the date in the dashboard without having to do this within the matrix visual. But this is a side issue and not my main concern.
Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
