PBI freezes

PBI freezes when trying to open reports or if you want to install. This in Windows 11. Does anyone have the same problem?

Do you use the latest version 2.116.966.0? If not, reinstall it through the below link:

Download Microsoft Power BI Desktop from Official Microsoft Download Center

If it still not work, reinstall WebView2 by using the following steps, which don't require elevated administrative permissions.

  1. Uninstall webview2.
  2. Reinstall webview2 by using this installation link.

I reinstalled the OS and it worked for a day. Today I tried to open a pbi file. and it stayed the same, he did nothing. I uninstall it and try to install it but it stays frozen in the stup. What process may be stopping you from opening or reinstalling the program?
