We use the JAMF Pro connector to manage our iPad deployment and rely heavily on the information stored within the MobileDevices dataset, particularly the initial_entry_date_epoch & initial_entry_date_utc values.
These values are no longer being returned by the current connector, presumably following a JAMF API update.
We began noticing this issue approximately two weeks ago.
Our mobile device management provider, Academia, has confirmed that they are also experiencing this issue.
How should I approach contacting the connector owner to address and resolve this problem?
