Issue with loading PBI WEB service

Hello everyone,

Several users have reported they can't access PBI web service since Monday Nov 27th. Some of them confirmed that clearing the cache and cookies helped, but not all of them so the problem still exists.

Is there any known reason for this situatuin? Any advice?

There's another thread started by user BMooreBUNN where there's more details about this. I haven't seen MS acknowledge it however.

Hi  @aleks_stojanac ,

This is a temporary issue, Power BI Service works fine for now, if you still have this issue,based on the above information, if you are a Power BI Pro licensee, you can create a support ticket for free and a dedicated Microsoft engineer will come to solve the problem for you.
It would be great if you continue to share in this issue to help others with similar problems after you know the root cause or solution.
