Currently we have tabular reports with multiple lines it is difficult to print the same. is there a way we can have paginated reports for tabular / Pivot table.

Yes, you can use Paginated Reports in Power BI Report Server for your tabular or pivot table data. Paginated reports are optimized for generating a fixed-layout document with perfect pixel positioning, which makes them ideal for printing or generating PDFs.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to create paginated reports:

Remember, license requirements for publishing Power BI paginated reports (.rdl files) are the same as for Power BI reports (.pbix files). With a free license, you can publish paginated reports to My Workspace in the Power BI service. With a Power BI Pro license or a PPU license, you can publish paginated reports to other workspaces.
