Endless loop of Something Went Wrong > Report Problem > Send more details

I'm in an endless loop of

1) "Something went wrong"

2) I agree to report the problem

3) I send more details

4) wait 1-2 seconds, back to step 1.

Following the advice of step 3...to report my problem:

"We may be able to fix your problem faster if you report it on issues.powerbi.com and include these details in your post."

I would like to know more about the scenario in which this problem occurred.
Can you provide any information on how to reproduce this problem? Has some time passed since you posted and does this problem still exist?

PowerBi desktop is working for me after a forced shutdown in Task Manager. 

This bug is not readily reproducable.
