Conditional formatting bug, percent & number

For some reason the percent/number is locked and cannot be changed. Seems to be random.

I tried to restore the scenario you mentioned but failed, can you provide your pbix file(remove sensitive info) for reference ?

Hi,

 

Thanks for reaching out. I made the data non-sensitive in the file, and actually started from scratch to see if that would correct the issue. However, it remains the same.

 

How do I upload the file? "The file type (.pbix) is not supported."
