[Bug] Data source credentials does not work

Refreshing Data source credentials in a Data Set Settings, I receive the following error:

Of course credentials are valid.

Following what I see on console:

Per the error message above, the failed reason is because the credential has been rejected by the data source. You need to make sure the right credential has been used. If you believe you did enter the right credential, then please contact the owner of this extension ("VSTS") to future debug.

Credentials are valid for sure, because using PBI desktop they work.
How can I contact the owner of VSTS extension? It is not a PBI extension?
