Adding conditional formatting to dynamically format the color of the x- or y-axis labels does not work. In the screenshot below, note that the conditional formatting applied to the Y-Axis of the bar chart should change the axis value color to pink only if the [Total Amount] is greater than 100. However it applies the pink color to all axis values.

This has been a bug since conditional formatting for visual elements was added across the board. The rationale explained in other forum posts is that the label does not have filter context, but this seems like a scape goat as it should have as much filter context as the actual chart data point itself.

Based on the above information, this is a reproducible issue. I would suggest opening a support ticket and the ticket support engineer will feed this back to the product team for further investigation.
