undefinedMicrosoft Fabric Shortcut Error 400 - Unable to load

Hello All,

I am trying to create a Fabric table shortcut to a parquet table stored in an ADLS Gen2 storage container within the same tenant.

The Fabric Workspace hosting the target Lakehouse and the Storage aAccount re in the same region.

I'm getting this error :-

The Authentication is OAuth 2.0.

My EntraID has Owner privileges to the Tenant, Woskspace and Storage Account

I am a complete noob at Fabric so I may have misunderstood something or not configured something correctly.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Looking at this post helped me resolve my problem :-

Also - I didn't realise that you need to create the shortcut to the folder(s) containing the tables you want to create a shortcut(s) to rather than select the parquet file(es). Then click the option box(es) next to the table(s) you want to shortcut to.

For me, I was also able to create a shortcut to a schema in the ADLS Gen2 Storage Account,  which then create a new shortcut Schema in myt lakehouse which contains all the tables in the remote schema.
