Warming up Fabric Lakehouse

Hi,

I am wondering if there is any method to warm up Lakehouse?

could selecting top 100 rows of tables be one of methods or any other methods?

i've found below link but it seems it is about warming up a semantic model,,,

https://fabric.guru/pre-warming-the-direct-lake-dataset-for-warm-cache-import-like-performance#headi...

is anyone please know how and can explain how does it work? like cache,,,

Thank you
