VSCode jupyter using Data Wrangler is resetting enviornment

As I attempt to use Jupyter in VSCode to and used Data Wrangler

df_MS_StratusPO_item = pd.read_sql_query("SELECT * FROM vw_MS_StratusPO" , "mssql+pyodbc: ...)
df_MS_StratusPO_item

I am getting :

then when I go back to my notebook to try and go to the next line I am getting:

Anyone else having this issue
