Task Flow in Fabric: search for objects linked to a task in workspace (independent of the folder)

Hello everyone,

Is it possible when we click on a task, for example "Get Data", to be listed all objects that are mapped to Get Data in the Workspace (regardless of folder).

Currently, when I click on GetData, only the items in the current folder/subfolder are displayed.

Thanks in advance for your help,

Have a nice day!

Vivien

Hello again @vivien57
Thanks for using Fabric Community.
Can you please provide me a screenshot to understand the question better?
Thanks again. Have a great day😊

Hello,

Yes of course.

For example, i have 3 items in "Datawarehouse" Task.

if I click on the "Datawarehouse" task, it displays 0 item below.

Because I wasn't in the folder where one of the 3 items was located.

However, if we have a task, with items present in different folders, we can't have a list of all the items in that task on the screen.

Thank in advance,

Vivien

This is actually a bug that MS are currently fixing, no ETA yet but they are aware of it

Do you have any official information on this?

Because I've been asked to create the idea and submit it for development.

Hi @vivien57
Thanks for providing the details clearly.
Currently items related to the current folder are displayed. The functionality to display all the items for a given task is not yet available.
