Managed Private Endpoint to Key Vault Fails

Creating a managed private endpoint to my Azure Key Vault Fails for no apparent reason. Despite correct configuration.

And there is no error message indicating why.

No, this is creating a Managed Private Endpoint in Fabric for a connection from a Fabric Synapse Notebook to Key Vault.

What level of SKU of fabric capacity are you worked on? The trial version or common fabric capacity?

If you mean trial capacity, current it seems not fully works with azure product and service because trial capacity is host in a virtual environment. (they may be affect when you work across virtual and payment environment)

In addition, did the workspace and tenant host in the valid and same regions? As the document says, it seems not able to cross region used and some of regions currently not supported.
