Initiated Fabric free trial but not showing all the services/tools (for example synapse)

: Hi all,

sorry for the inconveniences but I need to ask the next.

Trying to do "AI Skills Challenge: Microsoft Fabric" it is offered to do the next exercise. As part of that, it tells that you need to activate and use a Microsoft Fabric trial. Then I started it but I can not find Synapse Data Engineering at https://app.fabric.microsoft.com/home?experience=fabric. Detailing it, I did the next steps (more in screenshot):

0.- I initiated the free trial with my job account

1.- I initiated the free trail today (that is why there are 59 days left)

2.- but lof of products/services I should wait to have after begining free trail are not (for example: synapse).

3.- After Clicking on button "Start Fabric Trial Capacity"

4.- A new window appears, where I click in button "Activate"

5.- but the error "We cannot assign you free Microsoft Fabric trial capacity because your Microsoft tenant has reached the maximun number of avalaible free trial capacities".

Could you please take a look and help me to understand why it is happening and how can I solve it?

Microsoft sets a limit on the number of trial capacities that can be created on a single tenant. The error "We cannot assign you free Microsoft Fabric trial capacity because your Microsoft tenant has reached the maximun number of avalaible free trial capacities". indicates that your organization (tenant) has reached the limit so you can't create one more trial capacity in it. But don't worry, you can still experience with Fabric features. 

You can find a colleague who is already an administrator of a Fabric capacity or Trial capacity and ask him to assign one workspace that you have access to (your personal "My workspace" is also supported) to that capacity. You can also find an administrator of a workspace which is already in a Fabric or Trial capacity and ask him to give you access to that Workspace (assign a contributor or higher role). In this way you can create Fabric artifacts in this workspace. Please refer to Share trial capacities

If you don't know who might be a capacity administrator, you can ask your Fabric administrator (or Power Platform administrator, or Global administrator) to use the Admin portal to look up the Capacity administrators in your tenant. Please refer to  Look up the trial Capacity administrator

One more question: appart from asking person to person in my company, is there a general way to locate Fabric administrator (or Power Platform administrator, or Global administrator)?

I confirm you that after contacting my company, the administrator gave me access to a workspace with Fabric capability and now I can see Synapse in Microsoft Fabric home page. Many thanks.

Go into a workspace, then click +New (to create a new item), and then More options.

I think you will see the list of all possible items then.

doing the process that you mentioned, it confirms that I only have "Data Activator" and "Power BI", but not other products I should have with the free trial :). Many thanks for your answer, interesting way of seeing exactly which products I have access :).  I will check v-jingzhan-msft solution to see if I locate the tenant administrator.

I see, I'm surprised even Data Activator shows up without a Fabric (trial) license 😄

I thought Fabric was a prerequisite for Data Activator.
