Fabric - Dataverse link - Unable to setup link to only 1 table

Looking into the Fabric -> Dataverse link (Have used Synapse link before) and it appears by default all Dataverse tables are sync'd.  I want to sync only 1 table.

I am unable to deselect tables from the sync - not sure if this is expected however at the bottom of this article Link your Dataverse environment to Microsoft Fabric and unlock deep insights - Power Apps | Microsof... it states.

"Fabric link feature currently can't be enabled on environments with more than 1,000 change tracking enabled tables.
As a workaround, select Synapse Link in Power Apps (make.powerapps.com) and create multiple profiles with less than 1,000 tables each."

However when trying to create the link the OneLake storage does not appear in the dropdown.

Whats at fault here and is it actually possible to selectively sync tables from Dataverse to Fabric?  (Reason for not wanting to sync all tables is security related - we want to separate certain tables into certain workspaces)

HI @DanielAmbler,

If you only want to use one dataverse table, why you not to choose shortcut? AFAIK, it allow you to load data from remote data source without data movement.

Thanks for your reply @v-shex-msft , I didnt notice this option in the plethora of options.  This looks like it will solve my immediate requirement but I do notice there are some limitations so I will investigate further.

Is there any documentation that may explain the latency I am seeing?  Data was not available in Fabric until about 15-20 mins after updating Dataverse.  Again not a massive issue as its not a realtime requirement and I appreciate this is not designed to be a realtime solution - but it would be useful to understand in a bit more detail.  E.g if there could be an expected delay of up to 1 hour I would need to be aware of this.
