Hello everyone,
I don't know if, like me, you find that the variability of environments in Fabric is not up to scratch...
In fact, with our good old SSIS, and our SSIS Catalog, it was possible to variabilise our developments and then in the SSIS Catalog we once recorded the values in the DEV, UAT and PROD environment and then each time we deployed, depending on the environment, the correct connections were used.
In Fabric, it's possible to create parameters in a Data Pipeline, a DataFlow, but it's not possible to configure whether these items are in the Dev workspace, they take these values, or if it's in the prod workspace, these values.
In my opinion, it should be possible to register variables/values at the Workspace level.
I've tested this with the deployment rules in the deployment pipelines, but DataFlow isn't supported and I can't configure the value of the parameter in the data pipeline.
In short, I don't think there's a solution for managing this effectively.
What do you do? Do you also think that centralised management at workspace level would be relevant?
Thank you in advance for sharing your experience.

Do you know if anything is in the roadmap to remedy this?
It would avoid having to make more complex developments, initially with Fabric (which will have to be changed and simplified later).
