Hi @Yusuf7 ,
Thanks for sharing the link. I watched the video and can find this point - click here
As he said - "we can no longer open and edit this model using model view in web browser".
Hope this helps. Do let me know incase of further queries.
Hi
Thanks for getting back on this. The direct lake semantic model was created from a fabric warehouse (not the default semantic model) and only accessible through the web browser.
I've discovered that if I add a field parameter through tabular editor, then this problem happens. In order to access to the Edit Table option again, I need to delete the field parameter table and brng it back after I've added/removed tables from the warehouse.
This to my knowledge, isn't mentioned in the MS documentation so far.
Can you please check if its possible to accesss to the schema of the semntic model (edit table option without deleting the field parameter?
Thanks
Hi @Yusuf7 ,
Can you please share the steps, how did you added the field parameter?
I will try to repro your issue and can provide some inputs.
Thank you
Hi
I followed steps mentioned in the video below to successfully create field parameters in the direct lake semantic model.
upon creation of the field parameters, the edit table option comes up with the error mentioned, and doesn't correct until all the field parameters are deleted.

Hi
Thanks for the clarification. I hav missed that part in the video. I'm accepting this as a slution. I hope MS will include field parameters natively in direct lake in the coming months.
