Deploying custom library across workspaces

Hi There,

I'm working on a deployment design of fabric artefacts across different environments, and wondering how do you deploy your custom libraries. Eg. I have a custom python code and wheel packaging which generates .whl file. I can manually install it by uploading it under library management section. I am looking for any automated way to deploy it, any API or powershell cmdlets.

Thanks,

Chetna

Hi @chetnachaudhari
Thanks for using Fabric Community.
Library management section under workspace setting is deprecated. Please follow this instruction to migrate the installed library in an Environment item. Environment item will support REST API and Git soon.
Please refer to this link: Link1
You can refer this document for the Environment items: Link2

Currently there is no automated way to deploy these libraries.
Appreciate if you could share the feedback on our feedback channel.  which would be open for the user community to upvote & comment on. This allows our product teams to effectively prioritize your request against our existing feature backlog and gives insight into the potential impact of implementing the suggested feature.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any further queries.

Hi @v-nikhilan-msft ,

I was wondering is there now a way to automate librarie deployment or is there any hope of it being enabled anytime soon?

Thanks for the reply @v-nikhilan-msft . I will share the feedback on feedback channel.
