We are getting the following alert emails each time the capacity is paused.
In case it matters, pausing is done via the REST API.
Is anyone else running into the same issue?
Hi @vitaly
Thanks for using Fabric Community.
Pausing a capacity will cause a reconciliation event where any unbilled overages or smoothed operations will be summed up and added to the bill. This would appear as a spike in the CU usage possibly triggering this email. This is mentioned in this blog announcement:

Hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
@v-nikhilan-msftI understand the re-balancing mechanics that trigger the alert emails. Their activation is still an issue though.
These alerts should only activate for active capacities. The Fabric alerting system should recognize the capacity is paused (or is in the process of being paused) and skip sending alerts for such capacities.
We have customers getting these essentially false alerts every time capacity is being paused. It saturates the mailboxes and makes it hard to identify true capacity issues.
