In both these links I see the keyvault is being accessed using a user domain access not spn. 

Just wanted to know if there is a way to Access KeyVault secret using SPN or managed identity from fabric notebook?

I have reached internal team and got the response.

You can do it with azure.identity lib, see key vault example here: Using Managed Private Endpoints from Fabric Spark | by Aitor Murguzur | Mar, 2024 | Medium . The mssparkutils.credentials and tokenLibrary don't support spn yet, only user identity.

Managed private endpoints require users to be on an F64 SKU or above. Do you have a suggestion on how this can be achieved with a SKU below this capacity.
