PBI SKU change don't seems to take effect

Hello!

Hope someone might have a idea why we have this issue or can lead os in the right direction.

We have a synapse pipeline that change a SKU on a PBI Embedded capacity resource (A3 -> A4), wait 2 minutes and then Execute a PBI dataset refresh. The issues is that we get an error from the PBI Embedded capacity resource:
"Data source error: Resource Governing: This operation was canceled because there wasn’t enough memory to finish running it. Either increase the memory of the Premium capacity where this dataset is hosted or reduce the memory footprint of your dataset by doing things like limiting the amount of imported data. More details: consumed memory 5465 MB, memory limit 5463 MB, database size before command execution 4776 MB. Learn more, see https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2159753.
Table: Agent Event.
Cluster URI: WABI-NORTH-EUROPE-redirect.analysis.windows.net"

However this should not be a issues, because this is the memory limits of an A3 and we should be running an A4, at the time we do the dataset refresh.

If we look in the log from the PBI Embedded capacity resource, It changes the SKU right after we ask it to (see screenshots).

The pipeline runs 2 times at night, however it seems that only the second one fails.

Right now the work-a-round is not to turn down the SKU, from the first run to the next run, so we are keeping the SKU on an A4 between the 2 runs, that seems to work for now.

Additional info: this is periodic problem, so this happens every once in awhile but not every time the pipeline is running.

Any help would be appreciated!

Kind regards
