Creating a Power BI page to search for ID field values across multiple pages
I want to create a separate page in Power BI where I can search for ID field values. The goal is to display on which pages those IDs exist. Each page in my Power BI file contains a table visual with a different data source, all of which have an ID field. How can I achieve this?

Hi @randyorton ,
Are you referring to searching for an ID and showing which page the ID exists on, as far as I know, this feature is not available in Power BI at the moment.
You can also submit an idea for it at https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums and wait for users with the same needs as you to vote for you to help make it happen as soon as possible.
If you want to show in which table this ID exists, you can check the following example:
You can create a table name column for each table, and then create a master table that collects the ID columns and table name columns of each table together.
Create calculated column:
Name =
NAMEOF('Table1'[ID])
Create calculated table:
Table =
var _table1=
SUMMARIZE('Table1','Table1'[ID],'Table1'[Name])
var _table2=
SUMMARIZE('Table2','Table2'[ID],'Table2'[Name])
var _table3=
SUMMARIZE('Table3','Table3'[ID],'Table3'[Name])
var _table4=
SUMMARIZE('Table4','Table4'[ID],'Table4'[Name])
return
UNION(
_table1,_table2,_table3,_table4)
You can use the slicer to include ID columns, select a certain ID, and in which tables to display it:
You can also create a measure and implement it in the card:
Measure =
var _select=SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[ID])
return
CONCATENATEX(
FILTER(ALL('Table'),
'Table'[ID] = _select),[Name],"-")
