I have created one table where i want to apply font to be bold for perticular row.
here i have attached the pbix file for your reference.

i want to make Gross Profit and Others row values to be in "Bold".

If think it's not possible to do it with simply configurations on visual configuration, but you can do it using conditional formating.
Try to apply this measure for all your columns:

After creating the measures do we need to do any connection with table?
You right-click on the value in the visual and select "Conditional Formatting". There you select type of the rule.
Hi, I am afraid, that you can only format specific columns, but not Rows... at least in the regular Microsoft visuals. I would perhaps go with the cell (or font) color through conditional formatting...
