Update column and table names from a DirectQuery to a published dataset

Hi! I succesfully connected to a table in a publised dataset in Power BI service. However, a column had been added

direct_sales[contract_type], and it's nowhere to be seen in my connection neither able to use it in dax.

I'd appreciate if you could show me a way to edit or update the connection to be able to use the column without importing and connecting it again, since it seems to be using API to set the connection. Thank you!

Hi @BourbonCoffee ,

Have you checked if the dataset hsa been refreshed? If so, does  the table in the dataset has this column. It may have been added to the data source but your query mitght have used Table.RemoveOtherColumns which, of course, will return only the columns that's been selected.
