I want to change Japanese date to western date format. Could you please help. (9 is 1 digit while 10 is 2 digits ... so I could not use left function)

@paris Have you tried using Use Locale in Power Query? Right-click column, Change Type, Use Locale. I will give this a shot in an Enter Data query and see what happens, haven't really messed with Japanese language much.
