The Time of Day with the highest amount of Visitr_co per Hour.

Hello everyone!
Help needed with respect to DAX.
I would like to create a Measure with the following conditions.
Objective: The Time of Day with the highest amount of Visitr_co per Hour.
I tried some things, but if there are 2 types of hours with the same total Visitor_co for a day, it returns 2 rows. But I just want to get back just one row as I don't care about either of us.
Any idea would be greatly appreciated.
