Show all values of hierarchy and show only values without blanks in underlying data

Hi,

 

I've build a matrix with a hierarchy and I want to show all the values of this hierarchy in the matrix (include blanks). In the underlying data I want to show only the values without blanks.  Is this possible?

Hi @noverkamp ,

 

According to your screenshot, I think there should be a DimArt table in your data model as well.

Here I create a sample to have a test.

When I turn on "Show items with no data" in [Example] column, I will reproduce your issue.

Here I suggest you to use [Art] column in Fact_Table instead of DimArt table.

How is your relatiship between the tables?

 

Is the mockup data exactly has you have it in the model, or does the hierarchy has more values then just A, B, C

To achieve the result you need you must turn on the option Show Items with no data on the matrix:
