Set default slicer set to a city in PowerBI

Hello all,

I have created a dashboard that has a slicer by City ex: San Francisco, New York, Miami etc. When I open the dashboard, I want the default slicer setting to be San Francisco and then the user should be able to select other cities of choice. I'm unable to find a solution for this, it would be great to get some help.

Thanks in advance!

Hello @sanjan1812 ,

publish the report with the slicer selected to the specific city, and it will appear by default like this for the user.

and he can change it to see other cities but when reset it will appear the city you published.
