Searching for a match value in a table based on the user input

I am currently working on a tracking app. What I'm looking for is a code that will search on the table the tracking number that is being inputted by the clients, like the tracking # is 17823454, it will only display the details of that tracking number if it exists in the table. One last thing if the user will enter a blank/null value it will display nothing.

Thank you in advance.
