Schedule a CSV export weekly

Hey, I have a Power BI Pro license. I am trying to export the data in CSV format and schedule it for weekly. Is there a way to achieve this. Thanks.

Hi @smedarametla ,

Thanks a lot @Tahreem24 , he provided the right idea, but the video he provided did not load for me.

You can refer to my steps:

Sign in to Power Automate.

Select Create > Scheduled cloud flow.

Name your flow, set the start date, time, and select the weekly frequency.

Add a new step to your flow, search for Power BI actions, and select Export To File for Power BI Reports.

Choose the workspace and report you wish to export.

Note: The export format options include PDF, PPTX, and PNG, but not CSV directly.

Add another step to send an email with the exported report attached.

Since direct CSV export is not available through this method, you may need to manually convert the exported file to CSV format.
