Queries disappearing

There seems to be a bug of queries disappearing. I encountered this several times before and it's a big issue imo.

The last time it happened was after I'm in the 'Combine files' (double arrow downwards) menu from Content from Excel files.

Note: I don't remember if in previous cases the situation was different.

I recorded a video this time, download below.

Note: that I'm using the Windows 10 built-in gamebar recording feature to record this video. It does not show the 'popup menu's'. But you'll all know how they look like, so that shouldn't be a problem.

What I'm doing inside the 'Combine files' menu is this: I select a table (but I tested, it doesn't matter, I can also do nothing) and then press cancel.

After that you'll see the Query I was working in completely disappears with folder and everything.

Btw, is this the best place to report this?

Same thing just happened to me, also after trying to combine files 😞 Did you figure it out in the end?

Hi @richard-powerbi ,

I can't reproduce it. For your scenario, I think you need to create a support ticket to get a quick help.
