I'm looking to create a bar chart in Powerbi that has the average weekend age of open applications. Any help is highly appreciated.
I'm using the date difference to find the age of the requests and execute cumaltive sums.
Avg Age = [Cumulative Sum of Age] / [Total Open Requests]
Cumulative Sum of Age = CALCULATE(
SUMX(DataTable, DATEDIFF(DataTable[Submitted_Date], TODAY(), DAY)),
FILTER(ALL('Calendar'), 'Calendar'[Date] <= MAX('Calendar'[Date]))
)Total Open Requests = CALCULATE(
COUNT(DataTable[Submitted_Date]),
FILTER(ALL('Calendar'), 'Calendar'[Date] <= MAX('Calendar'[Date]))
)
