Hi!
I want to create a table where I only obtain the positive values per Supplier.
I mean, I sum the column [Amount] and then I add the new measure to a table, summarizing by Supplier (or whatever), then I olny what the positive balance of the summary, not just the positive values of the column [Amount], ask for more info if its not clear enough.
EXAMPLE:
Transactions:
Supplier | Amount | CODE |
1000A | 500 | wrqw1324 |
2000B | 300 | 9861jes |
3000C | 250 | 130i-23 |
1000A | -1000 | 0197321-222 |
2000B | -1500 | 31212-22 |
1000A | -400 | 312-22 |
3000C | 300 | 4567g-4 |
2000B | 200 | gggl94-33 |
Summary table:
Supplier | Amount |
1000A | -900 |
2000B | -1200 |
3000C | 550 |
Desired table:
I only want the negative values of the Summary table, (in other cases the positive values)
Supplier | Amount |
1000A | -900 |
2000B | -1200 |
How can I obtain it???
Thank you so muc
Solved! Go to Solution.
As soon as you add a field to a visual you can filter by that field, and if that field is aggregated then the filter works on the aggregation, Specify "Amount < 0" and only suppliers with negative balance will show.
Thank you!
I thought it works in the context of line in original data... 😥 thank you so much hehehe
