You can look into the other custom visual, if available or
If require you can Insert > Shape > Line and overlap the slicer line.
Just like the image below, I am using 5 lines and overlam
Then put all together in a Group

The background is made of gradation, so it's hard to set the background color to gray. The border still looks white.
