I am using line chart I want each line should be 100 % but not able to achieve.
Using this formula :- FISCALQTR% = divide(count('Query1 (2)'[FiscalQTR]), calculate(count('Query1 (2)'[FiscalQTR]),removefilters('Query1 (2)'[FiscalQTR] )))

If I understand correctly, the issue is that you want to each line 100% in the line chart. Please try the following methods and check if they can solve your problem:
1.Create the simple table.
2.Drag the Date to the X-axis, drag the Fiscal to the Y-axis, and drag the name to the legend.
3.In the Format section, select Visual and change the Y-axis. The Maximum is 1 and Minimum is 0.
4.The result is shown below.

fix your y axis in you visual settiungs at 0 for min and 1 for max
if that doesn't work please supply your pbix to assist.
