Dividing Columns in Multiple Tables

I am trying to create a new column entitled 'Analyst Daily Average'.

To get this column, you have to use the calculation: (Number of P&Ps Completed) / (Days Worked). 

(Number of P&Ps Completed) = 

CALCULATE(

COUNT('Procedure Request Form'[ID]),

FILTER('Procedure Request Form', 'Procedure Request Form'[Ticket Status] = "Cancelled" || 'Procedure Request Form'[Ticket Status] = "Closed"))

(Days Worked ) = 

( ProceduresTeamReporting[Hrs_Worked] - ProceduresTeamReporting[NonProduction_Time_Hrs] ) / 8

(Number of P&Ps Completed) is a measure, and (Days Worked) is a column as seen below.

The 2 tables are ProceduresTeamReporting and Procedure Request From

Can the beginning calculation be done?

Are the two tables related through an Analyst ID or something of the like?  If so, you should be able to achieve this.

Please feel free to provide dummy data if you'd like further assistance.
