Arrows in Line chart

Hello everyone, everything good?

I need help because I'm racking my brain and I can't figure it out.

I have a graph that shows me the evolution of a piece of data over the weeks of the Year and Month.

And at the end of each month, I would like to place an arrow informing whether the first fortnight of the month was greater than the second on the graph.

Something along these lines:

It is possible ?

You can achieve something similar with customized labels.
Please refer to my answer in the linked post, it includes a pbix with an example.
