User friendly SQL endpoints

Hi, I seem to recall someone in a presentation saying that it was possible to get a more user friendly SQL endpoint for your Fabric resources if you didn't use spaces in your workspace name but I'm yet to acheive this. By user friendly I mean something that resembles your workspace name rather than a string of random characters. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Many thanks

Hi @MarkBurgess the only user-friendly naming convention is for accessing the workspace storage using the OneLake URI, not the sql endpoint (at this time I believe).  So if you create a workspace with no spaces, then you can acess your workspace storage using a tool like Azure Storage Explorer with the name of the workspace:

But if your workspace has spaces in, then you need to use the GUID of the workspace (easily found in the URL of the worksapce when you browse it)

Then you'd access it using the GUID instead of the name:

Okay, thanks @AndyDDC that makes sense.
