Customer Survey Analysis
Customer Survey Analysis is used to check how the client evaluates different stages of the purchasing process.
This can be applied to any shop/vendor.
The analysis concentrates on the scores (from 0 to 10) provided by new and current customers. It is performed for four countries.
The first page of the dashboard shows overall score plus a distinction on what was the score for new and current clients.
The lower part of the page shows how different areas were evaluated.
The second page shows a combination of scores from new and current customers on one graph. The user can select a country or use a timeline filter to select when the survey has been performed.
