Is it possible to load Dataverse data incrementally in Azure SQL database?

Currently, we can use Azure synapse pipeline to push dataverse data to Azure SQL database for analytics or integration purpose.
This require pipeline to be triggered based on File creation on Azure datalake gen2 storage.
Does microsoft Fabric supports this kind of processing?
Kind Regards,

It is not there yet, but we are actively working on to bring event based triggers to Fabric data pipeline. Thank you for the patience.
