Fabric Data Pipeline > any chance for backup

Hi,

Data Pipelines in Fabric are not yet supported by

  • Deployement pipeline
  • Azure Devops Services

Fabric is still not fully stable, and we've faced an unexpected issue lately, where Data Pipeline became suddenly unaccessible

Guys, any chance for a workaround to backup Fabric Data Pipelines ?

Hi @Mr_Ketata
Thanks for using Fabric Community.
Apologies for the issue you have been facing. Currently Fabric doesn't have a built-in pipeline backup feature.

But we can use GIT integration to backup and version our work. The integration with source control is on a workspace level.
For more information please refer to this linl: Link1
Git integration in Fabric does not directly support pipelines. Microsoft has roadmap plans to add Git integration for Data Engineering items, including pipelines and dataflows.  Git integration for pipelines is expected in the first quarter of 2024.
