Nested activities not displaying correctly in output while in progress

When running a pipeline with nested activities, they do not display correctly in the run details. Below is an example where I have a switch activity, then it runs a singe invoke pipeline.

When the activity is in progress, all of the invoke pipeline activities show nested under the last switch activity.

When they complete, they show correctly where each invoke pipeline activity is nested under the correct switch activity.
