Copy data from MySQL

I am trying to use Copy data in a pipeline in Fabric to copy data from a MySQL DB hosted in Azure into my Lakehouse but cant find any connector option available for MySQL.

Please could you advise.

My SQL connector is not supported by data pipeline yet.

FYI.

Connector overview - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn for connectors supported by data pipeline today.

Vote on Fabric Idea: Expand connector selection for Data Factory Copy Activity for priority of the ask, and comment on specfiic connectors you are looking for.

Is there no workaround at the moment? Documentation seems to indicate there may be a way.

Hi,

Besides using a dataflow and calling the dataflow from the pipeline?

I don't think so, I believe this is the only option. Why would the dataflow be a problem?

Kind Regards,

Dennes

Hi,

Yes, pipelines don't have a connector to mySQL yet, but dataflows Gen 2 have
