values function with condition

Hello 

is it possible to store all the values of column human in a variable in Dax when the hour <3. ? So only the values A and B will be stored in a variable. I want to use this variable in the calculation that I have.  I want to uses the variable in values  function like human in values (variable that is defined and keeps both A and B)

Please try the following measure:

Measure = CALCULATE(MAX('Table'[HUMAN]),FILTER('Table','Table'[HOUR]<3))
