burndown chart/planned vs done

I have two data tables, linked by work Item Id,one is direct extraction from azrue devops the second is an Odata extraction,my aim is to make a burn down chart and done vs planned chart, the reason for this is because our devops workflow is specific so what is considered as done is the items located in specific board columns , not the items with the state done.
I tried various ways and formulas  to make it but  since the extraction is line by line  I couldnt  make it as so when counting the columns items we ignore the repeated IDs( distinctcount didn't work cause am calculating the remaining columns)

Also my other issue is the date, I have the iteration start date and the iteration end date, I created datarange calculation so that am able to follow the evolution day by day  but  I couldn't figure out how to link it to my table, should i link it to the start date or the end date? bearing in mind the only Date named column I have in my table contains all the dates throughout the ticket's lifecycle from creation).
I hope I have been able to explain exactly my issue if not let me know and thank for your help
