I've got a table with product and starting/end date of marketing, like this :

I want to get this visualisation :

I used a table of dates in years
I used COSSSJOIN function to obtain a table with for each year the existence of the product or not. But I cannot compare and obtain the desired variations between years (discontinued products or new products)

you can do the cross join in your measures automatically as long as you keep the tables disconnected.
