Show the Difference Between Saved and Unsaved File

Hi Team,    Hope you guys are doing good. i have been using power bi quite long time now. and i am still wondering about the way i save Power Bi project. everytime i press save button there is no indication that project is saved or unsaved changes are there. as for my knowladge i am submitting an idea about this. and also as an extra if i save Project file in Onedrive and if there is cloud icon it would be so pretty and usefull.
