What Power BI apps do I have to use for user to give their inputs (selection from list) ?

Hello,

 

What Power BI apps do I have to use for user to give their inputs (selection from list) with given percentage?

For example, there are 100 product list and they can allocate 10% with high priority, 30 % with medium priority and 60% with low priority from the list.

And Power BI tool can be supporting their input with each percentage.
